BASE PRICES for 2024 

ILLUSTRATIONS: The base price includes one character, with simple clothing items, like streetwear or fantasy clothing without too many ornaments. it includes no background or a simple effect or color that might make the character pop up, but you can add more characters, complex interactions and a more complex background for an extra that would be determined after reading your idea.

Sketch + lineart starting at $30 

Sketch + lineart + manga tones or flat color starting at $44 

Sketch + lineart + cell shaded color starting at $69 

COMIC PAGE: Includes up to 4 panles and up to 2 characters, varying in size as needed. The base price is calculated for characters with simple traits and simple clothing items, like streetwear or fantasy clothing without too many ornaments, as well as simple backgrounds to establish the scene, but fx backgrounds for close-ups or shocking scenes and such (like movement lines, lightning shock bg, etc.). But you can add more stuff for an extra price that would be determined after reading your request.

EXTRA CAHRGES :

-If you need me to propose a script based on your idea. 

-If you need me to design a character from scratch. 

-Each character beyond the first for illustrations and beyond the 2nd in comics. 

-In the case of comics, panels beyond the 4th per page. 

-Complex clothing, mecha parts, complex textures, etc. 

-Items, machinery and so on. 

-Complex backgrounds. 

-Complex poses or interactions. 

-Trying to imitate a particular technique / style. 

-There might be other unforeseen difficult things that come up, we need to assess case by case. 

-Corrections beyond the first feedback (feedback only covers things I overlooked or that need slight adjustments, nor re-writes or new instructions). 

-Corrections that bring new stuff not present in the first instructions given.  

-Corrections on stuff that was left to our interpretation. 

-If the subject matter is not too touchy, I'll ask for permission to use the work for promotion on my galleries. You'll get a 1% discount for allowing this. 

NO-NOs 

-Some subjects I’d rather not work with, so I’ll tell you if I’m not comfortable working with them. 

-Not copying another artist's style 1:1. I can try to give it the "feel" of a referenced technique to the best of my abilities, but that's the extent of it. 

 TIMING / DELIVERY: 

-I usually open commissions around the 8th of each month till slots run out. 

-All payment need to be sent in advance in order to enter the pending commissions list, if commissions are closed and your payment went through after they closed, you are registered for the next production cycle (But in these borderline cases i do try to have it done in the current production cycle) 

-The commissions taken are to be sent out the next month. Usually sketches will be sent out during the first two weeks, and after receiving feedback, the finished process (for fullcolor or manga tone works for instance) are sent during the remainder of the month. 

-So let's say you pay a commission on May and all instructions have been received. You'll get the sketch by the end of June's 2nd week at most, and after receiving your feedback, you'd get the complete work by the end of June at most. But if for some reason you haven't been able to review the sketch and need to send feedback too close to the end of the month, we'd have to determine a new date for the finished work.
